Refund policy

We accept returns on qualifying products within 30 days of the purchase date. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

To start a return, email us at hi@sillyunicorn.com with your name and order number within 30 days of your purchase.

Please do not send items back without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at hi@sillyunicorn.com within 5 days of delivery with your order details.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We do not accept returns on final sale items, gift cards, or partial returns of sets. Promotions may make an entire order final sale.
