  • Once shipped, US orders typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days depending on your location.

  • International shipping is calculated at checkout based on where you are and the shipping option you pick (DHL Express, FedEx or DHL eCommerce). Free shipping over $60 applies to US orders only.

  • No surprises at your door. Prices are shown in your local currency, and duties and import taxes are included in the total you pay at checkout.

  • It depends on the shipping option you choose at checkout. Express options are the fastest. Your tracking link will show the estimated delivery date once your order ships.

  • We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations are not guaranteed. If you need help, email us as soon as possible.

Products & Ingredients

  • Our products are made without artificial dyes, added fragrance, or flavor. Every formula is designed to be high-performing, gentle, and easy to wear.

  • Our formulas are designed to be gentle and suitable for sensitive skin, and are made with carefully selected ingredients.

  • Every Silly Unicorn formula is vegan, fragrance-free and made without artificial dyes. The full ingredient list for every shade is on each product page. Any ingredient can cause a reaction in someone, though. If your child has a known allergy, please check the list and do a patch test first: dab a little on the inner arm and wait 24 hours.

    • Peanuts and tree nuts: none of our formulas contain peanut or tree nut ingredients.
    • Soy: Bonbon Cheeks (all shades) contains soybean oil.
    • Coconut: Doudou Lips (all shades) contains a coconut-derived ingredient (caprylic/capric triglyceride).
    • Sunflower: Doudou Lips and Bonbon Cheeks contain sunflower seed oil.
    • Daisy-family plants: Bonbon Cheeks contains chamomile and calendula, and Poppy also contains safflower. If your child reacts to ragweed or daisies, patch test first.
    • Chouchou Eyes contains none of the ingredients above.

  • Yes. All products go through rigorous safety and quality testing before launch.

  • Yes. We follow strict internal standards and avoid unnecessary or questionable ingredients.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns on qualifying products within 30 days of the purchase date. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

  • Yes, under the same 30-day policy. International shipping costs and return shipping are not refundable.

  • To start a return, email us at hi@sillyunicorn.com with your name and order number within 30 days of your purchase.

    Please do not send items back without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

  • Once your return is approved, please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at hi@sillyunicorn.com.

  • We do not accept returns on final sale items, gift cards, or partial returns of sets. Promotions may make an entire order final sale.

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at hi@sillyunicorn.com within 5 days of delivery with your order details.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy or in cases of suspected abuse.
