Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns on qualifying products within 30 days of the purchase date. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

    Please do not send items back without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

  • Once your return is approved, please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us a thi@sillyunicorn.com.

  • We do not accept returns on final sale items, gift cards, or partial returns of sets. Promotions may make an entire order final sale.
